The old house of Kincaldrum is in a very sad state. I last visited it in November 1999. It had deteriorated considerably since my first trip there in 1975.
At that stage, it still had an intact roof and a beautiful lead-light window, but unfortunately, vandals had got at it by 1999! Also the Doocot has been pulled down.
It is so sad to see how quickly things deteriorate in such a short time.

Visit this link for a 2015 fly-over by drone of this building.

Is Thomas Bower, listed as a Provost of nearby Dundee in 1721-23, of this family?
